Snow at Silver Lake

Another found folder from last month. 

Silver Lake in May. 

It had been unseasonably warm down in the valley, so we headed up to the mountains. There was still quite a bit of snow. We had to 4x4 the stroller through snow in a few places.

This tree was one of three that had fallen over the trail during the winter and hadn't been moved out of the way. It was much heavier than it looks. We couldn't move it, so we had to lift the stroller over it.

Memorial Day & the Last Day of School

Yeah, this was several weeks ago. Found a couple of folders of pictures I forgot about.

Piper's last day of kindergarten. They went to the park for "Blue & White Day" to compete in field games. Piper is so funny. Miss Social Butterfly turns into a stone faced statue in a group setting like this. Not sure what it is about it.

(my second video on Windows Live Movie Maker... I really need to download some music so I don't have to use the funky samples that came on the computer - ha. I don't really post too many videos on the blog, because they don't print out when printing the blog to book form. But I think I need to make some DVD's...)
