We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday over the weekend. This is part of the gang. We met for dinner and a movie at the park. Piper got sick during the movie and threw up on my arm, down the blanket we were sitting under. Always awesome to be thrown up on. {She threw up again when we got home, but was fine the next morning.}
Piper painted Grandma a new 'barn' birdhouse, since her last one fell off the deck and is lost in the bushes. I attempted to make a '70 Memories that Make Us Smile' poster with 70 pictures in the shape of a "70", and 70 memories from childhood til now. The pictures were way to small. So then I tried to print the pictures bigger and put them on a poster board. But they were too large. So we gave her both. {I didn't get a picture o the big poster.} Oh well. It's the thought that counts, right? I got some of the memories from my siblings and their kids, and some from Piper. It was fun to read over the list and stir up more memories, and see whose memories were a little off.
